Exchanges
We have a 35 day exchange policy. The 35 days starts the day the apparel is shipped to you. The item must be back to us by the 35th day.
Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:
- The size didn't work for you
- You want a different color
- You want a different design
*Please note that there are no exchanges accepted on clearance shirts, final sale items, or personalized/autographed items.
We only allow exchanges on items that are new and have not been worn or washed and still have the original tags.

About Re:do
Checkout with the $1.98 Re:Do product for free unlimited returns for store credit on your order if needed and send it back for free if it doesn’t work. This is only compatible with our website at this time.
Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money!
Return Instructions
You must complete the return form found in our Returns Portal before mailing back your items.
Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. If purchased on the app, the credit will go back to your App account!
*International Customers we cannot provide return labels for exchanges you will have to ship it back at your own cost. We will cover the shipping back to you.*
Your exchange will be processed after we receive your request through our Return Center. You will be approved and we will send a return label. The replacement item can take up to a week to ship out.

Refund Policy
We DO NOT do refunds only exchanges or Store Credit in the form of a digital gift card sent to your email, for the cost of the item!!! ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns for refunds on Parts have restocking fees that range from 5% - 20% depending on the condition of the return. The 5% minimum is to cover card processing fees.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a product order, or tour reservation please email hallie@kindigit.com.
Cancelled orders will be refunded to the original form of payment minus a 5% fee for credit card processing. Refunds will typically take 7-10 business days to reflect on your original form of payment.
Please be mindful that once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to cancel an order and do not offer returns/refunds only exchanges*
*If you mistakenly purchase the wrong tour date, you will need to call us to cancel your tour and rebook for the correct date. A 5% fee will apply for cancelled tours for credit card processing fees.

International Shipping:
Please be advised of restrictions and/or delays to international shipping. Prior to placing your order, please ensure your country is able to receive parcels/packages distributed by the United States Postal Service, First Class International Shipping and Global Post. Kindig-It Design is not held liable for any lost/damaged/or returned parcels/packages. If your parcel/package is returned to us due to being unable to deliver, we will issue you a refund for the cost of the items.
How Quickly we Ship
All orders typically ship either same day or 48 hours after the order is placed. Sometimes it can take longer for special requests, if we have a sale, or holiday.
Order Changes after Purchase
Please note that we might not be able to change the order after it is placed due to how quick our turnaround time is. If you have not received a shipping confirmation you can email info@kindigit.com with subject line “CHANGE TO ORDER” We cannot guarantee it can be changed. Package Protection
We HIGHLY suggest adding Package Protection to your order it can be found at checkout. This extra peace of mind covers: Lost in Transit Packages, Stolen Packages, Broken/ Damaged Items. If you do not add the Package Protection, we cannot guarantee a re-order, re-delivery, or refund. Please Read the Following to ensure that you are covered. Note: When Refunding an item, the insurance covers the subtotal of the order, Shipping Cost, taxes, and the package protection premium are not included.
When replacing an item, Insurance cover the subtotal of the order, Shipping costs and taxes are not included. Insurance also does not pay custom/duty fees.
Lost Item Policies
Order issues for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) in US Domestic must be filed 7 days (including Canada, and 20 for other international countries) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint (last update on tracking information) You will be responsible for checking your tracking number and keeping track of the time, so we can ensure the package is covered.

International Shipments PLEASE READ
We do ship internationally; the price will be calculated at checkout.
We ship USPS First Class International, and USPS Priority International if it is over 4lbs. *If you do not want to use this service we can calculate other services like UPS and FedEx the price differs and is usually twice as much, but if you want to use a different service please email us at baylee@kindigit.com with subject line "Special International Order"
Customers with shipping addresses outside of the USA are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These costs are not included in the price of shipping/handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country and can be as high as 80% of the total value of your order; please check with your local customs agency for details regarding exact costs. US domestic and international shipping costs, customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable.
If a shipment is refused by a customer, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage fees/customs/duty/taxes, and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
