’67 VW “Double Deluxe”

Engine & Chassis

Power comes from a 1915cc engine with dual 40mm Weber carbs and features a Bernie Bergmann Porsche fan shroud, stainless exhaust, narrowed front end and a type 1 Superstreet transaxle. This custom dream rides on an Accuair Air Ride Suspension with Wilwood brakes.

Paint & Body Modifications

Tasty Two-Tone of Modern Classikk by Kindig (AkzoNobel) MANIC™ and MAGIC MARSHMALLOW™
Chromed Safari windows, bumpers triple plated chrome by Ogden Chrome, a 4th door was added to the drivers' side and Semaphore turn signals in the B-pillars. The body is stylized to look like an earlier bus from 1958 by installing reversed rear vents to stick-out, deleted the turn signals and added '58 glass round taillights.

Interior

The Vintage Red interior was done by Sew Fine in Denver Colorado. Tunes are provided by Kicker Car Audio. Dakota Digital custom-built gauges to finish off the dash.
